Pineville – Wednesday Oct 31 5pm – 7pm
Oceana – Tuesday Oct 30 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Mullens – Wednesday Oct 31 6pm – 8pm

All other areas of the county will recognize Halloween on Wednesday, October 31 from 5pm – 7pm unless their community has decided on separate day and time.

We at 911 have no authority to tell a community when or when not to observe Halloween.
